WHAT IS BREATHWORK?

Breathwork is a sacred healing practice that uses a two-part breath technique in steady, rhythmic cycles. This circular breathing increases oxygen flow, supports nervous system regulation, and helps release stored tension and emotional energy.

As the breath deepens, the mind begins to quiet and the heart opens - this is where your inner knowing resides.

You are gently guided through the experience, helping regulate the energetic field and maintain balance. If at any point you feel overwhelmed, you remain in control - you can return to your natural breath to soften the intensity and re-ground yourself.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Sessions are approximately 90 minutes long, with about 45 minutes of active breathing. We’ll begin by taking time to talk - getting clear on your intention, what you’re currently moving through, and what you’re calling in. From there, the breath leads the process.

After the active breathing portion, we’ll gently transition into integration, allowing space to discuss your experience, what came up, and any insights or shifts you noticed. This closing time helps ground the session and support you as you move forward.

Sessions are typically conducted in the comfort of your home, but other options may be discussed. Please choose a quiet, private space that feels calm and free from distractions so you can fully settle into the experience.
